Job Summary

A growing healthcare organization is expanding into a new market and is seeking a Business Development Leader to drive growth and build operations from the ground up.

Responsibilities Include:

Drive new business development and client acquisition
Cold call network and build relationships with decision-makers
Represent the organization in high-level meetings
Support team growth and help develop processes
Collaborate with leadership on strategy and execution

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong sales background with closing ability
Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings
Confident working with senior executives
Experience with team building or management
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
Healthcare experience a plus
