PAY RANGE:$73756 - $86652
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position schedule and/or availability
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
The Business Services Manager leads daily operations across multiple departments ensuring efficiency in administrative functions vendor contracts and management billing processes and facility management. This role drives operational improvements and manages budgets. As a strategic partner to leadership the Business Services Manager supports long-term planning financial oversight and project management while providing executive-level support to the President. Key responsibilities include managing office operations overseeing organizational databases and ensuring smooth cross-departmental collaboration to enhance overall organizational performance.
Leads and executes departmental and program-specific projects in alignment with strategic goals; contribute to organizational planning and performance reviews.
Oversees facility operations supervising facility environmental services kitchen staff front desk staff receptionists and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Establishes and manages strategic partnerships with external vendors to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
Directs and optimizes billing processes collaborating with Finance and clinical teams to ensure accurate accounts receivable management and EMR documentation.
Leads AR aging reviews with senior leadership and Finance to improve financial performance and cash flow management.
Supports the procurement and renewal of payer contracts.
Participates in departmental budget planning and control ensuring fiscal accountability and reporting to executive leadership.
Manages procurement and maintenance of office equipment supplies and assets to support operational and clinical needs.
Provides high-level administrative support to the President including preparation for board meetings and in-depth financial analysis and reviews.
Oversee and maintains organizational databases for key programs including Volunteer Donor and Marketing initiatives ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
Leads and directs all office functions ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational goals.
Provides operational leadership to cross-functional teams and support departmental needs including Volunteer services.
Executes additional leadership responsibilities and special projects as directed by executive management.

- Minimum Education: Associates degree required. Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of management and supervisory experience required. Prior experience in customer service-oriented position. Prior experience in office management billing and accounts receivable functions and roles.
- Required License: Valid Colorado drivers license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute. Must obtain/maintain a valid Certified Food Protection Manager Certification.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
