We are currently working with a global leader in advanced battery manufacturing and energy storage solutions that is seeking a ConstructionAttorney. This role requires ability to work an on-site schedule in De Soto Kansas.
We are currently working with a global leader in advanced battery manufacturing and energy storage solutions that is seeking a ConstructionAttorney. This role requires ability to work an on-site schedule in De Soto Kansas.
Responsibilities:
- Advising construction companies on construction development/transactionalissues.
- Experience with construction matters real property leases and construction-related agreements.
- Working knowledge of claims management and dispute resolution.
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding construction matters.
- Drafting and negotiating construction documents including AIA contracts and FIDIC contracts.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a construction lawyer with a focus on construction law contract negotiation and project development.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts real estate law zoning regulations and environmental laws.
- Strong drafting skills clear concise precise and accurate.
- Systems thinker with the ability to understand how discrete issues impact the broader project.
- Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation.
- Complex commercial real estate experience is a plus including real estate finance leasing and acquisitions and sales.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects.
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $00 per year and for non-attorney roles is $ per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors including but not limited to experience skills certifications location and business needs.
