Job Summary

to create a positive and welcoming start forevery new employee.


WHAT YOULL DO:
Keep Hiring Moving Smoothly: Coordinatejob postings review applications scheduleinterviews and keep recruitment timelineson track from start to finish.
Be the Go-To for Candidates: Serve as themain point of contact for applicantsproviding clear communication and apositive experience throughout the hiringprocess.
Welcome New Team Members: Prepare newhire materials complete background andreference checks and help coordinateemployee orientation.
Keep Records Accurate & Secure: Createand maintain complete confidentialpersonnel files while ensuring all recruitmentand employment documentation meets
regulatory requirements.
Manage HR Information: Enter and updateemployee information in the HRIS andrespond to employment verifications andunemployment claims as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Preferred: Associates degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a relatedfield
Minimum: High school diploma or GED with two(2) years of related experience. An equivalentcombination of education and experience may be considered.
