Compensation Range: $ 80000 - $90000

What to Expect:
We are seeking a Senior Production Team Leader to help deliver the factorys objectives by engaging employees building capability and advancing ways of working through TPM methodology. You will lead the end-to-end performance of a group of production linestranslating the production plan into strong daily execution ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements and achieving safety quality cost delivery and environmental targets. This role also supports increased shop-floor autonomy aligned to the complexity of the operation.

A typical day in the Life of a Senior Team Leader
- Champion a strong personnel and food safety culture and maintain safe working conditions by enforcing hygiene and safety procedures
- Deliver consistent product quality by ensuring finished goods are manufactured to standards and manufacturing instructions leveraging digital systems and tools.
- Sustain NGMP standards by keeping work areas and installations clean organized and audit-ready.
- Drive line performance through operational reviews (SHO SOR DOR WOR) and standard routines (SDCA) to achieve sustainable results.
- Accelerate continuous improvement by applying structured problem-solving and knowledge-sharing tools (e.g. RCA KSR OPL).
- Build a high-performing team by developing and executing development plans adherence to safety and hygiene procedures and ensuring required competencies (including temporary employees) through effective training.
- Partner with key stakeholdersincluding shift teams Maintenance Unions and functional representativesto eliminate barriers and deliver results.
Role Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field.
- 36 years of experience in a functional role within the CPG industry (Preferred).
- Experience managing engaging and motivating direct reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

- Demonstrated judgment and sound decision-making.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to address non-compliance constructively and effectively.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment through effective housekeeping and safe work practices.
- Ability to support smooth operations through effective staffing and deployment and to set clear objectives.
