How you will make an impact:
The primary responsibility of the OEM (Original EquipmentManufacturer) Business Development Manager is to lead the growth of our OEM channel byidentifying securing and expanding partnerships withcustomerswith emphasison filtration productssingle-usesystemsand equipmentin support oftheOEM accounts strategic business rolewillhave responsibility fordrivingrevenue andincreasedmarket share through strategic account development cross-functional collaboration and tailored product and services solutions for OEM partner.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM business developmentaccountstrategy that aligns with company goals and targets high-value market segments.
- Manage existingportfolioof OEM customers toward mutually defined business goals.
- Identify qualify and pursue new OEM opportunities through proactive outreach market research and industry engagement.
- Build andmaintainstrong long-term relationships with OEMaccountdecision-makers (product engineering procurement and executive teams).
- Act as primary contact between the Internal Organization and theOEMcustomerutilizinga consultativesalesapproachwhile acting asa trusted advisorto the OEM.
- Incollaborationwith otherstakeholdersnegotiate commercial terms pricing and contracts to secure profitable scalable OEM agreements.
- Create and present customized proposals business cases and pilots thatdemonstrateproduct fit ROI and technical integration paths
- Travel domestically and internationallyin support of business activities (estimated 35%).
The skills and experience youll need:
- Bachelors degreeor equivalent inBusiness EngineeringScienceor related fieldpreferred.
- 5 years of business development strategic partnerships or sales experience working directly with OEMs or in embedded/integrated solutionsin the pharmaceutical/biotech industry isrequired.
- Proventrack recordof closing multi-level sales with long sales cyclessupportingtechnical partnerships and managing complex contract negotiations.
- Successful sales techniquesprofessionalandconsultativesales approach.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience building business cases and pricing models for OEM agreements.
- Excellentcommunication both verbal and written in English presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at senior levels.

US BASE PAY SCALE $120000- $150000
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicants experience.
