What Youll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Service furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and IAQ systems
- Present repair and replacement options professionally
- Deliver a clean five-star customer experience
- Maintain truck inventory and job materials
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates
- Operate independently while managing your own calls
What Were Looking For
- EPA Certification required
- Residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Professional communication and customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
