Location: Bolingbrook IL 60440 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: Day Shift 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
Work Model: Hybrid (6 days onsite per month)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution and operational efficiency of a Media Creative team. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative projects are effectively planned tracked and delivered on time across various media channels.
The ideal candidate is highly organized collaborative and skilled at managing workflows timelines and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Operations & Project Execution
- Support end-to-end creative workflows including intake briefing planning and delivery tracking
- Assist in gathering requirements and validating creative briefs for completeness
- Develop and maintain project timelines trackers and status reports
- Ensure smooth progression of projects through all stages of the creative lifecycle
Workflow Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate across Creative Sales Account Management Production and external partners
- Organize and facilitate meetings including status updates and reviews
- Document action items track follow-ups and ensure alignment across teams
- Identify risks bottlenecks or timeline conflicts and escalate as needed
Tools Systems & Reporting
- Maintain accurate project tracking in tools such as Workfront or similar platforms
- Support enhancements to workflows templates and standard operating procedures
- Organize and manage creative documentation and project assets
Collaboration & Team Support
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure proper project scoping and execution
- Support coordination with strategy sales and account teams for brand initiatives
- Contribute to a collaborative solution-focused team environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Design Business Project Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 24 years of experience in creative operations project coordination or marketing/creative services
- Experience working with creative or design teams; agency or retail media experience is a plus
- Familiarity with digital creative across channels such as social video and media platforms
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Workfront Figma Microsoft Office PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality creative outcomes
