Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support EPIC projects including project cost management across planning forecasting and execution. This role partners with crossfunctional stakeholders to drive Business Unit alignment ensure alignment to corporate financial cycles and deliver clear insights through strong financial modeling and communication. The ideal candidate is analytical organized and able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide EPIC project cost support through financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.
- Drive alignment with Business Units and crossfunctional partners on scope funding and key assumptions.
- Ensure EPIC project planning and reporting align to corporate financial cycles (e.g. monthly/quarterly cadence) and explain key drivers to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities summarize key cost drivers and communicate recommendations to enable timely decisions.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to support effective SOW execution and improve visibility to cost and progress.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to support prioritization and funding decisions.
- Create clear concise updates and materials for leadership and partners helping teams stay aligned as plans evolve.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong financial modeling forecasting and scenario analysis skills including ROI and NPV evaluation
- Experience supporting Statements of Work (SOWs) or project-based spend (budgeting forecasting and execution tracking).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize data into concise narratives and influence alignment across crossfunctional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to remain adaptable and effective in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Anaplan SAP BPC Tableau and PRM preferred.
- Solid accounting fundamentals and attention to detail; comfortable working within monthly and quarterly close timelines.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment or other manufacturing enterprises is a plus.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
