Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Associate System Analyst
Experience: 3 years
Location: Pune
Primary job responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
Collaborate with developers QA infrastructure and business users
Support system development testing implementation and deployment activities
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution
Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
Prepare system documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Change Request Document (CRD)
- Test Cases
Serve as an IS point person for addressing issues and enhancements related to the specific product and functional area.
Configure and support existing TMS systems (Oracle Transport Management Descartes Route Planner)
Required Skills :
Experience as a Systems analyst or Developer in a Complex Integrated Multi component systems landscape with 3 5 Years of experience
Highly proficient in SDLC lifecycle processes and deliverables including Requirements gathering System & Data analysis Software Design Test planning and Execution.
Experience in preparing BRDs CRDs user stories process flows and impact analysis documents.
SQL ability to develop simple queries for analysis purpose
Good to have skills:
Experience with ERP or WMS platforms or Logistics TMS (OTM Descartes TMS)
Agile Methodology working in Squads
