They are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to take the helm of their busy Toddler Room and help create magical learning moments for their youngest explorers.
What They Are Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
Experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner within a nursery setting - essential
Confident leading a toddler room with a strong understanding of this age groups developmental needs
Enthusiastic creative and passionate about delivering outstanding early years care
A team player who fits naturally into a fun family-feel environment

Key Responsibilities
Leading the Toddler Room creating a nurturing stimulating environment where children feel safe to explore and grow
Planning and delivering engaging activities across all areas - from messy play to outdoor learning and the vegetable patch
Observing and tracking childrens development in line with EYFS sharing progress with families
Supporting mentoring and motivating your room team on a day-to-day basis
Building warm trusting relationships with children parents and colleagues
Working closely with the nursery management team to maintain high standards throughout
