Perpetua from Flywheel is looking for aClient Success Specialist in a unique opportunity to build well-roundedexpertiseacross customer successSaaSandadvertisingcapabilities. This role combines strategic customer enablement with hands-on commerce execution enabling career development and growth within a dynamic with Sponsored and DSP clients supporting them inoptimizingtheir digital commerce strategies while building your own multifaceted skillset.
What You Will Do:
- Own customer onboarding journeys and provide strategic recommendations via virtual meetings and in-app guidance to drive product adoption
- Respond to customer queries via email and Intercom with tailored guidance andexpertise
- Design andmaintaininternal knowledge databases training materials and Help Centre articles
- Manageadvertisingcampaigns including keyword/targetingselectionbudgetingaudience curation and reporting
- Analyzeseasonaltrends (ie. Tentpole events)andcustomer metrics (ie. Market share rank etc.)toinform client strategies
- Extract insights from reporting dashboards and spreadsheets to drive data-backed recommendations
- Identifyand implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Who You Are:
- Experience in digital sales or media (brand retailerSaaSor agency side preferred)
- Mastery of Excel including pivot tablesand advanced formulas
- Comfortable analyzing dashboards and extracting insights from data
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
- Solution-oriented mindset that thrives in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities
- Collaborative team player with genuine ownership and accountability
- Innovative scrappy and independent thinker
- Bias for action with willingness to roll up sleeves and go the extra mile
- Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines whilemaintainingquality
Flywheel Commerce Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location.
Salary Range
$60000 - $70000 CAD
