About the Role

Overview:

Were looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Controller to own and scale our core accounting and financial this role youll take full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping financial reporting compliance and internal controls while playing a key role in supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Youll work closely with leadership to ensure financial accuracy optimize cash flow and build scalable systems as the company grows. This is a hands-on high-impact position ideal for someone who is sharp proactive and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Compliance:Preparation and ownership of monthly quarterly annual financial statements
• Collections: Assist in collections efforts to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Reporting & Analysis: Create financial reports and analyze data to support company growth.
• Spending Controls: Designing and maintaining internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 4 years of experience in accounting finance or a related role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and compliance
• Experience managing bookkeeping and owning financial statements end-to-end
• Proven ability to manage collections and communicate effectively with clients
• Experience with financial modeling forecasting and projections
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical sharp and resourceful problem-solver
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
