Our HomeBased Team (HBT) supports youth and families experiencing behavioral emotional developmental or environmental challenges by delivering individualized strengthbased therapeutic services that foster resilience selfsufficiency and stability.

Our specialized PSBCBT clinicians provide critical services to children ages 714 and their caregivers by delivering evidencebased treatment that reduces problematic sexual behavior improves functioning and strengthens family systems.

What Youll Do:

Provide structured strengthbased PSBCBT therapy to youth ages 714 and their caregivers addressing behavioral and emotional challenges related to trauma stressors and developmental concerns.

Conduct diagnostic evaluations individual therapy family therapy and group therapy
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Provide a minimum of three billable client contact units per week
Attend staff meetings required supervision and multidisciplinary team meetings
Obtain prior authorizations (insurance Medicaid) and ensure service compliance
Participate in the 24hour oncall rotation to support crises and emergency needs
Deliver services in the person serveds preferred setting (home office or virtual)
Maintain required training and complete specialized PSBCBT certification within six months

What You Bring:

Education & Credentials:

Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or a related field required
PSBCBT training preferred
LICSW LCSW LMHC LADC I preferred

Experience:

Experience with thirdparty billing preferred
Previous work with youth families or behavioral health treatment strongly preferred

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Ability to deliver structured evidencebased interventions
Strong engagement and communication skills
Competence in documentation and clinical recordkeeping
Must have reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record
Must be willing and able to complete PSBCBT training requirements
