As a Licensed Clinician with Thrive Alliance Group youll provide therapeutic services that support the social-emotional and mental health needs of students in K12 settings. Youll work collaboratively with educators and families to promote insight growth and resilience helping students overcome challenges that impact their learning and well-being.

What Youll Need

• Masters degree in counseling psychology social work or a related field

• Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• Knowledge of developmental theory evidence-based interventions and family systems

• Strong communication documentation and crisis intervention skills

• Commitment to continued professional development and best clinical practices

What Youll Do

• Conduct individual group and family psychotherapy sessions to support student and family growth

• Provide crisis assessments and interventions during emergent school-day situations

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments treatment plans progress reports and discharge summaries

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including updates for IEPs I&RS and 504 plans

• Collaborate with educators and administrators to provide consultation clinical insight and staff support
