Posting Summary
The Ask UVM Coordinator manages a physical student-facing location as well as helps students find supports and navigate institutional processes. Serving as a connector between the offices linked to Ask UVM (UVMs one stop shop) the Coordinator provides timely and supportive consultation to students needing help navigating University processes and procedures. The Coordinator opens follows and closes Navigate360 cases originating at Ask UVM following up with students as needed. The Coordinator also consolidates and drafts reports on Ask UVM usage and customer satisfaction and processes feedback from students and linked offices to create recommendations for operational addition the Coordinator manages the use of the Ask UVM space and coordinates with the Ask UVM Student Success Specialist to ensure appropriate staffing. Responsible for creating and maintaining unit-specific Collaboration Agreements (CA) with quarterly review and annual assessments.
