HVAC Comfort Advisor: Guide Customers Earn Big!
Harts Plumbers Electricians & HVAC Techniciansis looking for a dynamic Comfort Advisor to be the ultimate guide for our customers. This is a high-reward commission-based role focused on turning complex heating and cooling needs into confident buying decisions using our proven service process. Your Mission (What Youll Do):
Consult & Estimate: Build and present accurate multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.
Guide & Close: Present proposals (in-person/Zoom) explain financing options and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close.
Collaborate: Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install Dispatch and Service teams.
Achieve: Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales revenue close rate etc.).
The Details:
Position Type: Full-time Commission-Based (High earning potential!)
Schedule: MondayFriday (shifts generally 6:30 AM 6:00 PM or until completion). Occasional weekends required.
Tools: Must be proficient with mobile devices iPads and industry software for job management.
