Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative (Commission-Based) Staffing & Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

Job Insight

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to support revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on generating business opportunities building long-term client relationships and promoting staffing solutions across key industries such as Information Technology Engineering and Finance. The ideal candidate is highly motivated entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a performance-based environment with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospect and secure new client accounts across target industries
  • Engage with key decision-makers including HR Talent Acquisition teams Hiring Managers and Executives
  • Generate job orders for direct hire and contract staffing opportunities
  • Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships with professionals consultants and vendors
  • Promote and expand participation in the companys referral program
  • Convert referral leads into active client opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client hiring needs and business challenges
  • Present tailored staffing solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Close new business deals and negotiate service agreements
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Prior experience in staffing recruiting or professional services is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote commission-based environment
