Job Summary Business Development Executive (IT Services)

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services (software development QA/testing AI/ML digital transformation) through cold calling email campaigns LinkedIn networking events and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions including custom application development QA & automation AI/LLM and cloud/DevOps services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation qualification proposal negotiation and closure.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to design customized solutions.
- Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date leads opportunities and sales progress.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships driving repeat business.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Opportunity for career advancement to Account Manager or Sales Lead roles.
