Job Summary
A leading organization in the healthcare sector is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior-level leadership. This role requires strong administrative expertise exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
Prepare edit and format documents reports and presentations
Handle correspondence draft communications and maintain strict confidentiality
Organize meetings prepare agendas and distribute minutes
Coordinate conference rooms and virtual meetings (e.g. Teams Zoom)
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support procurement processes and track vendor invoices
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
Assist in preparing executive-level and board-ready presentations
Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Access)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with Google Workspace Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Knowledge of data management and reporting
Experience coordinating virtual meetings and managing calendars
Familiarity with procurement processes and invoice tracking
Strong attention to detail with strategic prioritization skills
Experience preparing executive or board-level materials
