Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the architecture automation and optimization of enterprise Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Design deploy and manage scalable AVD host pools using ARM/Bicep templates and automated provisioning.
- Serve as SME for Nerdio Manager for Enterprise utilizing advanced auto-scaling image lifecycle management and cost optimization features.
- Design and troubleshoot FSLogix Profile and ODFC containers for optimal persistent user experiences and fast logon times.
- Develop and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks deployments and monitoring.
- Act as Tier 3 technical lead for complex VDI performance issues profile corruption and connectivity challenges within an ITIL/ServiceNow framework.
- Engineer secure and manage versioning of Windows 10/11 Multi-session Golden Images via Azure Compute Gallery.
- Utilize deep expertise in Azure infrastructure Nerdio Manager FSLogix and PowerShell scripting.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Azure Virtual Networking NSGs Private Endpoints and Entra ID (Azure AD) integration.
- Operate effectively within ITIL processes using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
