Job Summary
Job Summary for Data Product Analyst (List Format):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and define business and technical requirements for data products.
- Lead workshops and interviews to elicit and align requirements with business objectives.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Create and maintain product documentation reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate plans progress risks and issues proactively escalating when necessary.
- Work closely with engineering analytics and UX teams to ensure successful product implementation.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact feasibility and strategic alignment.
- Support testing activities by developing test plans writing test cases/scripts and logging defects.
- Prepare system documentation such as process flows customer journey maps and business process models.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends best practices and regulatory requirements related to data products.
- Bridge business and technical teams ensuring clear and consistent communication of requirements and logic.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building among stakeholder teams.
- Organize and manage work using software ticketing systems (e.g. Azure DevOps JIRA).
- Analyze and create Salesforce and/or PowerBI reports as needed.
- Work within Scrum/Agile frameworks and adapt to fast-paced changing environments.
- Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving facilitation and communication skills.
- Ensure high attention to detail and a commitment to quality throughout the product lifecycle.

- Experience with data visualization tools analytics platforms or data engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with data governance privacy and compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud data solutions and digital product development.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP CPM Scrum/Agile).
