ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployment Team is responsible for the coordination and execution of fielding Andurils products. This includes forward logistics maintenance & repairs field & in-house inventory management and reverse logistics. They also are responsible for assisting with the installation and set-up of equipment for new customer deployments/test events/demonstrations at locations across the globe.
ABOUT THE JOB
The Deployments Materials Specialist will work closely with Field Operations leads to deploy the right hardware and to ensure mission addition this will require unique problem-solving skills the ability to work across teams seamlessly and a deep appreciation for details. It will require an understanding of logistics hardware operations and cross-functional project management to be successful. You will be responsible for supporting the receipt identification and documentation of our inventory.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Support the receipt identification and documentation of inventory.
- Support the shipping & receipt identification and documentation of inventory.
- Ensure inventory stock levels and locations in the physical inventory locations match corresponding quantities and locations in the ERP system.
- Be a team playerwhere no task is too small. Be willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Embrace the startup life.
- Collaborate cross-functionallyacross Anduril and develop strong working relationships with the Growth and Field Operations leads to ensure the successful execution of all deployments.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of High school or vocational school diploma.
- 3 years experience in Material Management Manufacturing Operations or related field
- Experience with ERP systems
- Self-motivated individual that continually seeks driving continuous improvement.
- Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint
- Ability to carry 50 pounds for short periods of time
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- Advanced Excel skills
US Salary Range
$86000 - $114000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
