This role is located in Tempe AZ- all candidates must be able to commute into this location weekly.

What Youll Do:

• Own full lifecycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized roles
• Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining speed quality and strong candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements priorities and hiring timelines
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Keep accurate and up-to-date activity in the ATS (Workable experience is a plus)
• Drive clear communication with stakeholders on pipeline health progress and risks
• Support interview coordination and help drive structured effective interview processes
• Contribute to building and improving recruiting processes tools and best practices

What You Bring to Our Team

• 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or similar environment
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring while also supporting more specialized roles
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting from intake through offer
• Strong sourcing skills withLinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working in an ATS (Workable is a plus)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced evolving environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in the Tempe AZ office
• Excited by building improving and operating in environments that are still taking shape
• Experience recruiting in the TPA healthcare or wellbeing space preferred
• Experience supporting teams in a scaling or transformation environment
• Exposure to ATS implementations or process redesign

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $75000 - $95000 depending on location skills and experience. Youre eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
