Leakys is hiring an Outside Sales / Business Development Rep to go find new business and bring in customers.

This is not a desk job. This is a prospecting role.

Youll be out in the field every day building relationships knocking doors talking to businesses and creating opportunities for our service team.

Pay:

Base commission
Average rep: $60000/year
Top performers: $100000

We pay for results.

The Objective

Bring in new customers.

Generate leads for:

Plumbing service calls
HVAC service & installs
Water treatment (softeners filtration)

Most of your focus will be business-to-business:

Property managers
Builders
Realtors
Commercial facilities
Local businesses

What Youll Be Doing

Prospecting every day (in person phone follow-up)
Walking into businesses and introducing Leakys
Building referral relationships
Setting up service opportunities for our team
Following up until deals close
Keeping a simple pipeline and tracking activity
