Job requirements

Description:

  • Develop prospective clients through multiple strategies including targeted healthcare market research industry events trade show lists referrals professional directories and strategic outreach

  • Identify engage and close new healthcare clients through referrals cold calling networking industry conferences and regional healthcare organizations

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders by delivering exceptional client service and leveraging deep understanding of healthcare industry trends regulations (e.g. HIPAA) and organizational needs

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets within the healthcare sector

  • Conduct consistent daily outreach to prospective healthcare clients and decision-makers (e.g. executives procurement clinical leadership)

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline overseeing each stage of the sales cycle from lead generation through closing

  • Develop tailored proposals pricing models and project budgets aligned with healthcare client requirements

  • Understand and articulate the companys full suite of solutions positioning offerings effectively within healthcare environments and identifying cross-sell opportunities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by recommending best practices and aligning solutions with regulatory and operational needs

  • Manage client expectations contract negotiations pricing structures and compliance considerations

  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences client meetings and industry events (domestic and/or international travel required)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

  • 610 years of enterprise sales experience preferably with a focus on healthcare or related industries

  • Demonstrated success selling into healthcare organizations (providers payers or life sciences strongly preferred)

  • Proven experience managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing complex deals

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics compliance requirements and decision-making structures

  • Excellent problem-solving analytical and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles across clinical operational and executive teams

Compensation range: $70K-110K

Additional earnings: Eligible to earn commission
