About the role

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery driving initiatives that align with organisational priorities while ensuring strong governance compliance and successful outcomes.

  • Coordinate all aspects of project execution including planning scheduling workshops and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on track and delivered on time.

  • Develop high-quality project documentation and executive-level reporting including project plans briefs dashboards and presentations to support informed decision-making.

  • Monitor and manage project performance through governance frameworks tracking risks issues dependencies and benefits and providing clear recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with clinical operational and executive stakeholders to deliver service improvements support change initiatives and ensure smooth implementation and transition to business-as-usual.


About you

  • Proven experience delivering projects or service improvement initiatives in complex environments (health government or similar) with a strong understanding of governance risk management and achieving outcomes.

  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality project documentation executive briefs reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

  • Highly organised with strong project management capability able to manage competing priorities coordinate multiple workstreams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinicians executives subject matter experts and external partners.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data identify risks and trends and provide clear actionable recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
