We build and operate a fully integrated mobility platform from fully serviced shared corporate e-bikes and car fleets to our own smart parking and EV charging operating systems all seamlessly connected through a single user application and admin portal. We work with some of Switzerlands largest companies and real estate operators and were growing fast.

Were looking for an exceptional Account Management Intern who wants to take the first step towards becoming an Account Manager eager to build the skills hands-on with real enterprise customers.

Tasks

Your role

Youll work directly alongside our Account Managers and the CCO supporting the full customer lifecycle from onboarding new enterprise clients through day-to-day relationship management to identifying growth opportunities. Youll be involved in real client work from week one: helping coordinate implementations preparing customer reports fulfilling client requests and learning what it takes to keep enterprise customers happy and growing.

This is an internship for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people wants to understand B2B customer relationships from the inside and is excited about eventually owning a customer portfolio.

Your tasks

  • Support the onboarding of new enterprise customers: help coordinate vehicle deliveries app rollouts and internal communication working closely with our Operations team to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Help Account Managers fulfil day-to-day client requirements: respond to requests prepare materials coordinate with internal teams (Operations Tech Support) and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Prepare customer usage reports analyse data and help identify patterns whats working well where theres room for optimisation and where upselling or expansion opportunities exist.
  • Help maintain strong client knowledge across our customer portfolio: track key data points usage patterns contract details and open requests.
  • Support customer training sessions and as you grow into the role begin conducting parts of them yourself.
  • Keep customers informed about new features products and platform capabilities help position Urban Connect as a partner that keeps delivering more value.
  • Maintain all customer activities and interactions in the CRM (HubSpot) structured complete and up to date.
  • Support the tracking of account management KPIs: customer satisfaction usage trends renewal timelines and expansion metrics.
  • Occasional other tasks include support at commercial events customer live launches and cross-department support where resources are most needed.

In short: youll learn what it means to own a customer relationship by doing the real work alongside experienced Account Managers.

Requirements

What you bring

  • You have completed higher education ideally a bachelors degree in business economics finance marketing engineering or a related field. Masters degree and initial working experience is a strong plus.
  • Youre a people person you genuinely enjoy working with customers and building relationships you find it easy to speak to different levels of stakeholders.
  • Youre structured detail-oriented and reliable when you own a task it gets done.
  • Youre a strong communicator: clear writing confident in conversations comfortable with different stakeholders.
  • You think analytically and are comfortable working with data numbers and usage reports.
  • Youre comfortable with digital tools and learn fast: CRM systems PowerPoint Excel design softwares and more.
  • You take initiative and dont wait to be told what to do.
  • Youre excited about working in a fast-paced startup where things change quickly and your contribution is visible.
  • Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or work experience in account management customer success sales consulting or similar roles.
  • Experience with CRM tools Figma/design tools and excellent PowerPoint/Excel skills.
  • Fluent in Swiss German French and/or Italian.
