Job Summary
Workload: 80100% temporary for 6 months
Ready to dive into IT portfolio management At Axpo Services AG were looking for a motivated PMO Intern to help shape the future of Group IT and operate its portfolio management process. Build your skills gain hands-on experience and make a real impact.
What you will do:
Coordinate portfolio governance activities including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and capturing minutes.
Support the creation of presentations and materials for decision-making councils.
Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI Jira and Excel.
Ensure data quality across portfolio systems and generate ad-hoc analyses.
Update process documentation templates and workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Communicate portfolio updates and onboard new stakeholders to the process.
What you bring & who you are:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
Interest in IT portfolio management project management or business process improvement.
Analytical mindset with experience in working with data and creating reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Jira is a plus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Curiosity to learn and continuously improve with a hands-on mindset and the initiative to jump in and drive things forward.
Mandatory fluency in German and English
