- Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence social skills and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each childs unique needs.
- Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning
- Implementing and facilitating behavior plans monitoring outcomes and adjusting strategies as needed
- Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors
- Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with behavior analysts families and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs
- Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records

RBAI Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
RBAI Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a National Criminal Background check
- RABI License preferred
- -Completion 40 Hours RBAI Training Required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
- Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.
- Childcare (nanny babysitter preschool teacher tutor etc.) (Preferred)
- Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP behavioral health technicians) (Preferred)
- Camp counselors volunteers youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred)
- Degrees in special education teaching psychology sociology or related fields (Preferred)
- Experience as direct support paraprofessionals or life skills assistants (Preferred)
