Location: Bronx New York Salary: $55000 (based on experience) Medical Benefits Start Date: September 2026

The Academy of Mount St. Ursula an all-girls Catholic high school conducted in the Ursuline tradition and located in the Bronx needs a science teacher for the upcoming school year September 2026 - June 2027. We are a diverse school community and we welcome applicants of all faiths.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Regents Living Environment (Biology) AP Biology Anatomy & Physiology and/or Earth Science
- Prepare students for Regents and AP exams
- Deliver engaging standards-aligned lessons with hands-on lab experiences
- Differentiate instruction and monitor student progress
- Incorporate and support AMSUs Catholic values and mission in teaching and interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Biology Science Education or related field (Masters preferred)
- NYS Science Teaching Certification (required)
- Regents/AP teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
