Job Summary
Direct Support Specialist - Full-Time or Part-Time We are hiring in these areas:
NE Portland SE Portland N Portland SW Portland Beaverton Hillsboro Tigard Oregon City Milwaukie Lake Oswego Happy Valley Wilsonville Gresham West Linn. When you apply just select all the cities you are willing to work in!
Pay range from $14.75 - $16.00 per hour DOE!

A great DSS assists individuals with persistent mental illness to live in and succeed in their community.
- Builds ADL/iADL (Activities of Daily Living) skills to help clients maintain highest level of independence
- Works with clients to fully engage community and become aware of other community supports
- Provides clients with consistent and dependable service that builds their confidence in their own independent living skills.
Our clients live throughout the Greater Portland Area which means we can get you work close to home!
- We work to find clients within 5-10 miles of your home to reduce commute
- Bus or car travel to clients homes is totally groovy
- We pay travel time between clients
- Great in to the Mental Health supports world
