Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and critical care settings
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor critical conditions
• Administer medications IV therapies and life-saving treatments per physician orders
• Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment (e.g. ventilators cardiac monitors)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergency situations
• Accurately document care and patient status per facility protocols
• Maintain patient safety dignity and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact per facility requirements)

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (PALS preferred if applicable)

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or critical care experience

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-acuity environments

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
