Elevate Global () is expanding our national talent pool to support activations surrounding the 2026 Soccer World Cup across the United States and Canada.

We anticipate a high volume of promotional hospitality and fan engagement opportunities and we are building a waitlist of talented reliable staff to support these large-scale events.

Roles We Are Recruiting For

We are hiring both experienced and entry-level event staff for roles including:

• Brand Ambassadors
• Hospitality and Guest Services Staff
• Street Teams and Fan Engagement Staff
• Registration and Check-In Staff
• Lead Brand Ambassadors
• Field Managers and Team Leads

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A positive outgoing and professional attitude
• Experience in events customer service promotions or hospitality (preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility during peak event periods particularly summer 2026
• The ability to work in fast-paced high-traffic environments

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Pay rates vary by role market and activation but typically range from $25 to $40 per hour.
