West Monroe is searching for an Experienced Consultantto join ourgrowingCybersecurity practice and focus on IT security advisory and solutions delivery for clients across various industries!Projectsmayincludesecurity controls analysisrisk/compliance assessmentsand/or strategy &roadmap development.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth firm with an employee-centric culture and play a pivotal role in improving security posture acrossenterpriseenvironments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategiccybersecurity advisoryandconsulting services for enterprise clients ranging from policy definition toimplementationadoptionand enforcement

• DeliverourCybersecurity Advisory for Private Equity(CAPE)program/offering to provideongoing visibility into security practicesrisks and threatsacrossa PE firms entireportfolio

• Leverage industry-accepted frameworksforcurrent-staterisk/controlsreview of existing organizations risk/compliance adherence processes technologies while developingimplementation strategies and roadmapsto guide solution delivery

• Perform assessmentsidentifyrisks highlight vulnerabilities anddetermineaclients ability to protect against attacks detect active threats and respond/recover from incidents

• Develop recommendations and strategies for improvingcybersecurity programs

• Promote thought leadership in emerging cybersecurity technologies and best practices through activities like blogs white papersandattending industry events

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experiencerequired

• Consulting firm/industry experience preferred including developedclientinterviewingskills

• 1-4 years of experience in Cybersecurity Information SecurityITAuditor Tech Consulting

• Background in any common cybersecurity domains risk & compliance privacy strategy & operations incident responsecloud securitynetwork securityapplication securitydata protectionidentityandaccess managementetc.

• Preference for experienceworking on security risk & controlsassessmentprojectsleveragingindustry-accepted frameworks such as NIST

• Comfortable conveying complex cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Achieved or pursuit ofcyber industry and technical certifications to supportdeveloping skills

• Proficientverbal presentation/facilitation and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel forout-of-townclient engagements(10-25% travel)

• Hybrid role: 2x per week in office

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
