GST Graphic Designer / Marketing Support Specialist

GST is seeking a creative detailoriented Graphic Designer/Marketing Support Specialist with experience working in a corporate environment. This role supports the development of highquality visual assets while assisting with marketing initiatives events and company-wide communications. The ideal candidate brings a professional friendly presence can manage multiple priorities and is comfortable representing the company at events.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials including social media graphics presentations brochures web assets ads flyers invitations and trade show materials
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to translate concepts into effective onbrand visuals
• Develop maintain and apply brand standards and visual guidelines
• Edit and retouch images to ensure polished professional output
• Support marketing initiatives by gathering and organizing promotional materials
• Assist with trade shows and company events including setup and onsite support
• Attend company functions and capture professional event photography for internal communications and social media use
• Support company-wide announcements and marketing content distribution
• Perform additional marketing and crossfunctional duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience working in a corporate or professional business environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and/or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile highquality design work
• Solid understanding of typography layout color theory and branding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills with a professional approachable demeanor
• Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback

Bonus Skills: AI Skills Motion graphics video editing illustration photography or UX/UI experience
