The position:

Were looking for a Client Success Consultant to work closely with existing clients helping them build confidence in FYI and get lasting value from the platform over time.

This role is focused on strengthening adoption through practical guidance trusted relationships and tailored support. With a high level of autonomy youll work directly with clients to understand their goals support more effective use of FYI and contribute to a stronger overall client experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver client consulting engagements that drive meaningful outcomes and strengthen long-term adoption of FYI.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them on workflows job management and automation best practice.
• Take ownership of engagements end-to-end working autonomously while partnering with internal teams to ensure success.
• Share insights and feedback from clients internally to support improvements to FYI services product and learning content.
• Support broader Client Success initiatives including webinars workshops and other client-facing events.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of the FYI platform including automation capabilities.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and practice operations with the ability to guide clients on workflow improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Ability to work autonomously owning client engagements and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience delivering training webinars and workshops is highly regarded.

Youll need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks as part of our standard recruitment process.
