Purpose
Curious about how AI is transforming the workplace Youll be part of a team shaping our AI and Data strategy with opportunities to contribute to both planning and hands-on experimentation with tools and solutions.
Reporting to the Interim VicePresident Technology this 4month contract role (MayAugust) offers practical exposure to project coordination technology enablement and organizational change in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g. Asana) to ensure tasks are current visible and progressing.
- Help coordinate deliverables across initiatives (AI Data Strategy Data Governance Security-related workstreams).
- Draft and edit internal communications (updates summaries OCM materials).
- Support organization of meetings action items and follow-ups.
- Track key decisions risks and dependencies across projects.
- Assist in preparing simple executive-ready summaries and status updates
- Contribute to change management efforts (communications adoption support).
- Explore and support use of AI tools to improve team productivity and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized proactive and detail oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and following through independently.
Interested in project management change management or pursuing PMP (or similar path).
Curious and hands-on with AI tools and emerging technologies.
Creative thinkerable to simplify and communicate ideas clearly.
Positive attitude high energy and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Exposure to project coordination communications or business analysis.
Familiarity with tools like Asana M365 or similar collaboration platforms.
Interest in technology data or digital transformation environments.
