1. Responsible for implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients. Goal is to exceed client expectations from initial inquiry to on-going client relationship management.
2. Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment.
3. Accountable for efficient effective and high-quality service provision following all defined waxing service standards.
4. Support and protect our culture.
5. Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.
6. Follows safety standards in all aspects of performance of the above functions.

• Required: Current State Licensure (Esthetician Cosmetologist) or Work Permit Issued by the Mississippi Board for out of state License holders per State Law.
• Required: Must be available to work weekends (Thursday through Sunday)
• Required: Full-time positions available
• Shifts: To be determined. Weekday Evenings are expected.
• 24 hours a week.
• No previous full time waxing experience required (training will be provided) or proficient in Waxing
• Prior Lash and brow tinting Brow lamination Lash Lift experience a plus
  
  
• May need to support opening or closing studio activities. May need to cover shifts in short-notice/emergency situations (sickness etc.)
• Time Management Skills - a commitment to increasing skills to promote a positive client experience and speed of service to growth the business

• Based on compensation structure (Base pay plus Commission plus tips plus bonus consolidated hourly rate) & historic data you can earn a consolidated Hourly rate ranging from $15/hr to $32/hr biweekly (exluding cash tips).
