Primary Responsibilities
- Track and monitor the investment performance of client portfolios:
- Enter client investments data using bank and manager statements or verify imported data into Performance Measurement System.
- Verify current and historical work for correct entry accuracy and proper codes.
- Produce quarterly and monthly performance reports for client meetings.
- Produce private markets-focused reports for subset of clients.
- Create custom spreadsheets and analysis.
- Keep Consultants research members and Marketing Coordinator informed of the status of the Performance Reports and other projects.
- Manager Monitoring
- Collect reconcile and analyze data used to calculate investment manager returns.
- Resolve data issues with custodians and portfolio managers.
- Provide input on portfolio performance/attribution to Consultants. Some commentary required.
- Public/Private Markets Research Group:
- Annual Real Estate survey compilation.
- Annual asset class reviews.
- Database maintenance.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- Record Maintenance:
- Create electronic copies of the Performance Reports and all clients deliverables.
- Maintain account notes for all sponsors/plans monthly reconciliation spreadsheets and update information in CRM.
- Additional Items:
- Assist Research departments e.g. write TOI attend public and private markets manager meetings contribute to monthly capital markets updates assist with searches or other projects and analysis.
- Client Service:
- Provide client support.
- Provide Consultant support including input on portfolio performance/attribution. Some written commentary required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business preferably Finance Economics or Accounting
- General investment and financial market knowledge particularly performance measurement methodologies and issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to formulate well-reasoned opinions and present them clearly to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally exercise sound judgment and apply creative problem-solving to make effective use of available resources.
Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrate strong and effective communication organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team based/collaborative environment.
- Must accept and thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.

Compensation Range:
$81000 - $90000
