The Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for data entry and maintenance for our integrated enterprise system (SAP). As part of the Customer Master Data team this position is responsible for the accurate entry of data into SAP. The Customer Master Data team is responsible for the efficient and effective management of customer master data and pricing. This will require an individual with exceptional attention to detail intermediate to advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of our business products and processes.
Processes all internal inbound requests for new accounts and maintains/updates existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of customer master data.
Completes customer maintenance requests such as address updates new locations
Maintains account pricing adjustments rent codes and exemptions
Processes price maintenance requests for customer accounts in a timely manner
Creates hierarchy nodes and changes hierarchy assignments
Generates and analyzes Excel/Google sheets data reports from SAP
Other duties and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2-5 years administrative experience
Familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment
Must be able to prioritize and adapt to workloads schedules and diverse situations with a sense of urgency
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to perform high volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Ability to effectively present complex information and respond to questions from associates across all levels of the organization
Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions conclusions or approaches to problems
Able to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Demonstrated initiative with ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or related field
SAP knowledge and experience
