Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Doral Hotel Enterprises. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Dual Front Office Manager to oversee front office operations at our dual-brand Marriott property: Aloft and Element Miami Doral. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences efficient daily operations and strong team leadership across both hotels.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) highly organized and experienced in managing high-volume service-focused environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all front office operations for both Aloft and Element properties
Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction handling escalations and resolving guest concerns promptly
Lead train and motivate front desk teams to deliver Marriott brand standards
Manage daily operations including:
Check-in/check-out processes
Room assignments and inventory control
Cash handling and audit support
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores (GSS reviews loyalty recognition)
Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintain compliance with Marriott policies procedures and brand standards
Prepare schedules manage labor costs and support payroll processes
Assist with forecasting budgeting and reporting
Ensure proper use and optimization of Lightspeed PMS
Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Previous experience in front office operations (preferably Marriott or dual-property experience)
Proficiency in Lightspeed PMS required
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-property environment
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
