Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for a large employee population ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer benefits programs including enrollment audits and employee support
Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Generate reports resolve discrepancies and support employee inquiries
13 years of payroll accounting or HR support experience
Experience using an HRIS or payroll system (Paycor or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees effectively
High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred
