Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for a large employee population ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Administer benefits programs including enrollment audits and employee support
- Maintain and audit HRIS and payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports resolve discrepancies and support employee inquiries
Qualifications:
- Experience processing payroll for 500 employees
- Benefits administration experience (enrollment audits employee support)
- 13 years of payroll accounting or HR support experience
- Experience using an HRIS or payroll system (Paycor or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support employees effectively
- High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred
