Job Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and motivated professionals to manage sales and marketing activities for a dairy product manufacturing company and to expand the companys market presence.
Job Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and competitor strategies.
- Brand Positioning: Develop strategies to highlight product advantages such as purity the traditional Bilona method and organic sourcing.
- Sales Support & Business Development: Visit potential B2B clients like wholesalers modern trade outlets (supermarkets) Sweet Markets Hotels Restaurants Cafes etc. to pitch products and achieve volume targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with distributors retailers and vendors to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
Job Requirements:
- 2 5 years of experience in FMCG or dairy product (especially ghee products) sales and marketing.
- Minimum Graduate (Science / Food Technology / / Dairy).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with distributors and retail customers.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and market development.
Location : Panaji Goa ; Thane Maharashtra; Navi Mumbai Maharashtra.
