Job Title: SAP Consultant Power Domain
Location: Offshore (India)
Engagement Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in the Power/Energy domain to support offshore project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP solutions tailored for utilities or power sector operations along with hands-on implementation or support experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on SAP implementations enhancements or support projects within the power/energy sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and customize SAP modules relevant to utilities or power domain
- Provide functional and/or technical support for SAP systems
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system performance
- Prepare documentation reports and user training materials
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP with exposure to the Power or Utilities domain
- Strong knowledge of relevant SAP modules (e.g. IS-U PM MM or others depending on specialization)
- Experience in end-to-end SAP project lifecycle (implementation/support)
- Good understanding of business processes in the power/energy industry
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an offshore model
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification(s)
- Experience working with global clients
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
