At PwC our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions leasing asset management and development projects.

In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces including maintenance security and space planning. You will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients.

  • Facilitate the setup and operation of a diverse range of audiovisual and video conferencing equipment to support business activities

  • Oversee and coordinate printing copying scanning and binding services to ensure operational efficiency

  • Maintainaccurateinventory records of office and IT peripheral supplies including placing orders as

  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections of office spaces to uphold standards of cleanliness and functionality

  • Manage office supplies acrossthe office ensuring consistent availability and replenishment

  • Monitor printers and associated supplies including ordering and maintenance

  • Ensure storage rooms and businesscentreareas are organized clean and well-maintained

  • Provide support for room and catering setups as needed tofacilitatemeetings and events

  • Offer reception coverage relief asrequired

  • AssistwithadditionalOffice Services functions as requested to support overall business operations

Whatyoullbring:

  • Relevant experience in an office position includingsupply inventoryingand set-up ofaudio-visualequipmentis an asset

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)andMicrosoft SharePoint for document management and sharing

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling drafting editing proofreadingpunctuationand grammar skills)

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • Fluency in French and full businessproficiencyin English is

The salary range for this position is $34700 - $57700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada base salary is determined by your skills experience qualifications and work addition to base salary eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
