Job Summary
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Manager in collaboration in executing targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio covering market assessments brand strategy segmentation and programs to drive lead generation upsell cross-sell and retention.
Coordinate and create high-quality content ensuring brand identity and value propositions that align to the buyers journey.
Coordinate and develop marketing assets that attract targeted audiences to our content (such as blog posts whitepapers brochures sell sheets etc.).
Assist with event marketing coordinating event set-up budget management and on-site communications.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices new technologies and industry relevant content.
Provide actionable insights analysis and recommendations into campaign performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally across the company to align develop and implement long and short-term initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field.
4-6 years of marketing experience to include an understanding of the latest trends technologies and best practices in marketing in B2B marketing.
Working knowledge of the buyers journey customer lifecycle design best practices and other social media and internet marketing best practices.
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize manage and execute multiple projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment; strong organizational analytical and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a KPI-focused approach to prioritizing projects
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Recent marketing-related certifications and Masters degree or progress toward a Masters degree
Experience developing and deploying B2B marketing campaigns
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Pardot HubSpot or other Marketing Automation
platforms
Expected Base Salary Range: $75000 - $85000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base paycompensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors includingbut not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that locationcandidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensationcomparisons among other potential factors.
