About the role
As a Payroll Officer your role is valued and vital. Youll be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of fortnightly salary payments leave requests and other employee entitlements. Youll work with various Employment agreements and conditions ensuring our employee services and payroll processing functions run efficiently and effectively.
Your keen eye for detail and passion for numbers will shine as you administer check and generate reports related to leave and payroll using various HR systems. Building positive working relationships will be second nature to you and youll respond professionally and promptly to employee payroll inquiries always placing the customer and our policies and procedures at the centre of your decision-making.
About You
You will be able to juggle a consistently high-volume workload in a fast paced and agile environment where resilience collaboration and teamwork are at the forefront of successful outcomes.
Demonstrated experience using SAP HR (payroll processing system) and knowledge of ServiceNow (ticket logging system) is desirable but not essential training and ongoing support will be provided.
We are a fun supportive and collaborative team operating across multiple campuses. To be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and apply instructions effectively while being well supported through ongoing training and mentoring.
