Senior Administrative Assistant Capital Access Platforms (Product)

As an Executive Assistant youll play a critical role in enabling executive leadership to operate efficiently in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment. Reporting to the EVP Chief Product Officer for Capital Access Platforms youll ensure seamless coordination across internal teams external partners and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and light-touch support to two additional senior leaders.

• Manage complex calendars coordinate travel and organize meetings and events across global time zones.

• Serve as a trusted liaison between internal teams external partners and senior stakeholders ensuring timely and professional communication.

• Prepare meeting agendas materials and follow-up actions to support cross-functional alignment and execution.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced dynamic environments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent leadership professionally.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in capital markets fintech or regulated industries.

• Familiarity with business systems approval workflows and project management tools.

• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and providing support outside standard business hours when needed.

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
