Position Overview
Fusion HCR is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Sales Cloud to support ongoing enhancements and integrations across a complex revenue ecosystem.
This role will focus on building and supporting custom functionality tied to opportunity management revenue lifecycle and downstream integrations into Tableau and MuleSoft.

Fusion HCR is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Revenue Cloud (RCA) and Sales Cloud to support ongoing enhancements and integrations across a complex revenue ecosystem.
This role will focus on building and supporting custom functionality tied to opportunity management revenue lifecycle and downstream integrations into Tableau and MuleSoft.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (RCA)
- Support custom development tied to opportunity management (OMT)
- Build integrations and data flows between Salesforce Tableau and MuleSoft
- Customize workflows Apex Lightning components and automation
- Collaborate with architects and integration teams on system design
- 5 years Salesforce Development experience
- Strong experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or CPQ
- Experience with Sales Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex Lightning and Salesforce APIs
- Experience working in integrated environments (Tableau MuleSoft preferred)
- Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes
